Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to apply for a five years residency extension and exemption from the employment permit requirements.

I am a permanent employee of “Irish Space Agency Limited” and have been a resident in Ireland since the September of the 2000.

I attached the list of documents as was requested :

- original letter from my employer
- copy of all pages of my passport
- copy of my 3 Working Visas (passport pages 10, 23 and 28)
- copy of P60s for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005
- copy of the last Certificate of Registration
